By downloading or using Convertly when it launches, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
INDR will grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Convertly on devices you own or control, in line with App Store terms governing your purchase.
Please do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Convertly except as permitted by law, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing and refunds are subject to Apple's terms.

By using this app, you agree to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) along with these terms.
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and INDR, not Apple. INDR is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance & Support: INDR is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
- Warranty: INDR is responsible for product warranties. In the event of failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Product Claims & IP: INDR, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.
