How do I get help with a specific app?

Choose your app below or email support@indr.app with the app name and your device. We typically reply within one business day.

Do INDR apps require an account?

No. Our apps are designed to work without accounts wherever possible. Sync, when offered, uses your own iCloud.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by the App Store. You can request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will my data transfer to a new device?

Apps that offer iCloud sync restore automatically. For on-device-only apps, use the in-app export before switching devices.
