INDR apps are built so that, wherever possible, your data never leaves your device. We don’t require accounts to use our apps, we don’t sell data, and we don’t use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
We’ve designed our products to need as little of your data as possible. Specifically:
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not embed third-party ad networks or cross-app trackers.
- We do not build advertising profiles about you.
Most app content — your conversions, journals, tasks, libraries and settings — is stored locally on your device. For apps that offer sync, data is synced through your own iCloud account using Apple’s end-to-end encryption where available.
A few features involve limited processing, always kept to the minimum needed:
- Support requests. When you email us, we receive your message and address so we can reply.
- Optional diagnostics. If you opt in, anonymized crash reports help us fix bugs. You can disable this at any time.
- Public lookups. Some features may fetch public reference data when needed; these requests contain no identifying information.
Our website uses privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that measure aggregate traffic without tracking individuals or fingerprinting devices.
Because most data lives on your device, you remain in direct control: you can export or delete it at any time from within each app. For anything we hold, such as support correspondence, you can contact us to request access or deletion.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Questions about privacy? Email support@indr.app and we’ll be glad to help.
