By downloading or using Keynest when it launches, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
INDR will grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Keynest on devices you own or control, in line with the purchase or access terms that apply at launch.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safekeeping of credential, recovery, licence, and secure note content you choose to store in Keynest.
Keynest is a future product. Pricing, release timing, sync, sharing, and platform details have not been announced.

By using this app, you agree to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) along with these terms.
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and INDR, not Apple. INDR is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance & Support: INDR is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
- Warranty: INDR is responsible for product warranties. In the event of failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Product Claims & IP: INDR, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.
