File conversion, compression, scanning, PDF, image, metadata, and archive tools run on your iPhone or iPad. INDR does not receive the files you work with.
- Outputs are saved on your device and appear in Storage until you remove them
- Temporary working files are created during processing and can be cleared from Settings
- Metadata tools can remove supported details, including location, before you share
ReFormatly stores app data on your device to provide the experience you configure.
- Conversion defaults, compression presets, and tool settings
- Theme, appearance, and widget preferences
- Saved drafts, such as Stitch Images projects
- Receipts, invoices, and Notary Journal records you create
- Supporter badges and cosmetic perks, kept on your device
Optional iCloud features sync supported data, such as scans and settings, through your own private iCloud account. INDR cannot read your private iCloud data.
The in-app roadmap and status notices are loaded from CloudKit. If you vote for a feature, ReFormatly stores your selected feature and an app-specific identifier derived from your iCloud account so each account can vote once.
ReFormatly uses the network only for specific features.

ReFormatly Pro is an optional one-time purchase (Lifetime, Supporter, or Patron), and tips are optional. All purchases are processed by Apple.
- ReFormatly does not receive or store your payment details
- You can restore purchases from Settings
- Existing subscription entitlements remain recognized
