Acceptable Use

ReFormatly is intended for personal file conversion, compression, optimization, and everyday file utilities on your device.

You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Your files, conversion history, presets, preferences, and settings are processed on your device by default.

You may optionally enable iCloud to sync settings and app data across devices
Removing the app may remove local data depending on your device backups
Temporary working files may be created during conversion and can be cleared from Settings

ReFormatly Pro unlocks premium file tools through optional subscriptions or a lifetime purchase.

We may update features and UI to improve usability and performance.

By using this app, you agree to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) along with these terms.

Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and INDR, not Apple. INDR is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Maintenance & Support: INDR is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
Warranty: INDR is responsible for product warranties. In the event of failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Product Claims & IP: INDR, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App, including intellectual property infringement claims.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.
